Raw plant materials

Plants provide a wide range of raw materials for everyday use, from fibres for textiles and ropes to resins, oils and other plant fluids. This small sub-collection gathers samples of such materials, prepared for teaching how plant products are obtained and used.

Part of the material was donated by Ursula Käser from the teaching collection of the Campus Muristalden.
